There has been much interest in our new Greenwood Landings site in Coldwater.
Servicing of the site is underway and expected start timelines include fall starts of model homes and continued construction after that date.

We are bringing an experienced group of builders to the site and they are currently working on their plans and pricing. They will be added to the builders' page of the website along with their contact info as their packages become available, and you will be able to deal directly with the builder. The 1st phase is comprised of all single homes and the townhouses are part of the 2nd phase. At this time, 1st phase pricing is expected to start in the low $600,000 range. The website will be updated regularly with the progress of the site as well as the builders info.
