How do I View the Model Homes?Reach out to the builders and they will be happy to show you through some of their homes that are currently under construction.

When will the Model Homes be Finished?A number of the builders have built Model Homes but, most of them are currently sold. The way these builders work is they will build a home from scratch … just for you … with your own materials, colour selections and finishes. Most of the builders have homes under construction that you can look at.

How do I get Pricing for the Builder Plans we’re Interested in?All of the builders are available to book an appointment and go over various plans and pricing. They can then tailor a custom quote based on the extras and finishes you are looking for. Go to Builder Page!

When will there be Homes Available?There is no standing inventory. All homes are pre-sold prior to the start of construction. The building process typically takes 4 months from the time of the permits being issued. Phase I & II lots are available to choose from.
