It’s hard to believe, Spring is just around the corner. We’re now into early March and there are telltale signs starting to appear … warmer days are ahead of us.
Here at Greenwood Landings , everything is on schedule and we are getting close to launch. Gas and hydro installation has commenced and much of the initial groundwork has already been completed. Model home permits are about to be issued and we are still on track for housing starts in June.
We hope to release the builders and their contact information by the end of the month. Each builder will have an initial assigned block of lots (phase I) and will offer their own unique plans and pricing. In the interim, a new map has been added to The Plan page, that shows more detail as to where sidewalks, mailboxes etc. are located. (we will continue to update this map as more information becomes available).
Not to worry about missing the next update … when the builders information is added to the website, we will send out another email to those subscribed to updates (on the website). If your email ends up in your junk mail, just add us to your safe senders list so you get the info as soon as it’s available.
With the turmoil in house pricing right now, the builders are doing their utmost to offer affordable home options. Because of material price increases, supply shortages & world wide inflation, it is premature to release detailed pricing until we are ready to launch … this is an evolving situation right now. That said, Greenwood Landings will still be able to offer cost effective home solutions.
